Data collected

Name, email, phone, addresses, date and time of the ride, flight number and notes. These data are needed to perform the ride and are kept for 3 years (10 years for accounting records).

Business accounts

For a business account request we collect the company name, SIRET number (checked against the public French company register, recherche-entreprises.api.gouv.fr), contact name, email, phone, estimated volume and needs; a refused request is deleted after 12 months. When a business books for a guest, the guest’s name, phone and (optional) email are used only to carry out the ride and send ride updates (driver on the way, arrived), never the price; the business informs its guest of this.

Driver applications

For a driver application we collect identity, contact details, VTC card number and expiry, experience, languages, availability, vehicle details and the documents provided (VTC card, driving licence, identity document, and optionally vehicle registration and insurance). Documents are stored on a private server area, never published, and only viewed by Aurel Driver through temporary links; each view is logged. If the application is declined, the file and documents are deleted 6 months after the decision; an incomplete application is deleted after 2 days. If it is accepted, the documents are kept in the driver’s file for the duration of the collaboration.

Recipients

The driver only. Card payments are processed by Stripe; the website never stores your card details. Addresses are looked up via a mapping service. Review comments may be sent, without any name or contact details, to an AI classification service (OpenRouter).

Ride reviews

After the ride, you may receive a link to rate it (optional). Your rating and comment are used to improve the service and to assess the quality of the ride. Comments may be classified automatically (topic, tone) by an AI service (JEV, via OpenRouter); your name and contact details are never sent to it. Comments are kept for 12 months.

Partner drivers

For each ride, the app records the times of the ride stages and, only when the driver taps “I am here”, the driver's GPS position at that moment, to measure punctuality. While driving to the client (“On the way” stage), the driver's location is also shared live with that client on their tracking page; it is not stored and stops being shared on arrival. A performance score out of 100 is calculated from these facts, client reviews and incidents confirmed by Aurel Driver. It is used only to prioritise which driver is offered a ride; it never leads to an automatic sanction or exclusion, and any incident is reviewed by a person. Drivers can see their score and how it is calculated in their app. These data are kept for 12 months. Legal basis: legitimate interest (service quality and safety).

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data by writing to mariam.auto@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

The website only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. No advertising tracking.
