Route & date
Enter pick-up, drop-off (or the duration of a chauffeur hire), date and time.
Vehicle
Prices for every class appear straight away. Choose your comfort.
Passenger
Name, phone, flight number if needed, options (child seat, meet & greet).
Payment
Check the summary and pay online by card, securely.
Confirmation
You receive a confirmation e-mail, then your chauffeur’s name, photo and a live tracking link on the day.
What happens next?
On the day
A tracking link shows your car arriving. Your chauffeur lets you know when they are on the way, then on site.
After the ride
Your invoice is sent by e-mail and remains available in “My bookings”.
Cancellation
100% refunded up to 24 h before pick-up; 50% refunded up to 2 h before pick-up; after that, no refund. Terms and conditions.
